Tooth Fairy Movie & More Contest Rules:

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to any person 18 years or older living within a 100 mile radius of Fort Wayne, Indiana, excluding employees, shareholders, contractors or agents of KPC Media Group Inc. and Regal Cinemas. The completed entry form must be submitted on-line, and the entry e-mail must actually be received by KPC Media prior to 9 p.m. Jan 21, the entry deadline. No purchase necessary. The number of entries is limited to one entry per day per unique e-mail address.

2. Prize: Two winners of the Tooth Fairy Movie & More Prize Package will determined by random drawing. The prize package includes: four Coldwater Crossing Stadium 14 passes to a showing of Tooth Fairy and a prize package supplied by Coldwater Crossing Stadium 14. Prizes have no redemption value and there is no substitution of cash for prizes. The movie passes cannot be transferred or sold.

3. Odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible online entries received by the contest deadline. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the limitation stated at Paragraph 1, above: one entry per day per unique e-mail address.

4. A random drawing for the winner will be conducted Jan 22, 2010 and the winning entrant will be notified using the contact information supplied on the contest entry form. The prize will be available for pick-up at Coldwater Crossing Stadium 14, 211 W. Washington Center Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46825.

5. Governing Law: This contest is subject to all applicable municipal, state and federal laws or ordinances, and any contest provision determined to conflict with any such law or authority shall be deemed void.

6. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal information, if requested by you on the Contest Entry Form, will be used to send you the e-mail alerts, newsletters or updates you opted to receive. It may also be used for KPC Media Group Inc. internal marketing research purposes. Your information will not be sold, rented, or otherwise distributed to third parties, although third parties may be used to process some aspect of the personal information, provided they agree to protect your privacy. 7. Publicity & Use of Registration Information: By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use by KPC Media Group Inc. and its advertising and promotional agencies of his or her name, city, voice, statements and, if a photograph or image is recorded at the time the prize is awarded, or otherwise provided by winner, his or her photograph, other likeness and any additional information voluntarily provided by the winner, for advertising and promotional purposes, and grants KPC Media Group Inc., the right to publish his or her proper name, city and state online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with the Contest, the whole without further compensation, subject to applicable law.
